Working with Brix
How do we start?
With a free consultation — at our Sinhagad Road studio, at your site, or on a video call. We talk about how you live, what you like, your timeline and a realistic budget band. There is no obligation and no charge.
Do you charge a design fee separately?
For turnkey projects the design fee is built into the package, and full 3D visualisation is included. For design-only engagements we quote a separate fee based on scope and area.
Who will actually work on my project?
Ar. Dakshata Wagh leads the design on every project personally. A dedicated project manager runs site execution, and she reviews at every critical stage.
How many designs will we see before deciding?
As many as it takes to be right. Typically one concept direction, refined across two or three rounds, then full 3D views of every room before anything is executed.
Cost & Timeline
What does interior design cost in Pune?
As a guide: 2 BHK from around ₹8.5 Lakh, 3 BHK from ₹14 Lakh, 4 BHK from ₹24 Lakh and penthouses or villas from ₹45 Lakh upward. The cost estimator gives you a range in a minute.
What drives the cost up or down the most?
Carpentry volume first, then stone selection, then false ceiling complexity. Changing your sofa changes the bill far less than changing how many wardrobes you build.
How are payments staged?
Against milestones — booking, material despatch, carpentry installation and handover. Every stage and amount is written into the contract before work begins.
How long will my home take?
Roughly: 2 BHK 45–70 days, 3 BHK 70–100 days, 4 BHK 100–140 days, villas and penthouses several months. Add two to three weeks of design before site work starts.
Execution & Quality
Is everything executed by Brix?
Yes, turnkey. Civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, carpentry, flooring, painting, deep cleaning and styling are all delivered under one contract and one project manager.
What materials do you use for carpentry?
BWP marine ply or HDHMR as standard — never MDF in wet areas — with Hettich, Hafele or Blum hardware and PU, veneer, acrylic or laminate finishes.
Do you give a warranty?
One year on workmanship, plus the full manufacturer warranty on hardware and modular components, documented at handover.
What happens if something is wrong at handover?
We walk the home with you and record a snag list. Snags are closed before final payment, not after it.
Scope & Location
Which areas of Pune do you work in?
All of Pune — Sinhagad Road, Baner, Kothrud, Wakad, Hinjewadi, Kharadi, NIBM, Aundh and Viman Nagar — plus villa and resort work in Lonavala, Mulshi and Satara.
Will you do a single room?
Yes. Single-room projects, modular kitchens and wardrobes alone are all welcome.
Can you work with an architect we already have?
Often, yes. We regularly deliver interiors inside buildings designed by other architects and coordinate directly with them.
Do you take 3D visualisation work for other designers?
We do — standalone 3D visualisation for architects, developers and brokers is a regular part of our work.
