01. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, along with any project details you choose to share — property type, area, location, budget range, possession date and your message. We do not collect anything else, and we do not ask for financial information through this website.
02. Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver your project. We use your phone number to call or message you about your enquiry, and your email address to send proposals, drawings and quotations.
03. What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with other studios, contractors or marketing companies. We do not send bulk marketing email, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quotation.
04. Who can see it
Only the Brix studio team. Where a vendor needs a delivery address for your project, we share only that, only with your knowledge, and only for that delivery.
05. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, it will be a privacy-respecting, cookie-free measurement tool and this policy will be updated before it goes live.
06. Embedded content
The map on our contact and location pages is loaded from Google only when you click to load it. Until you do, Google receives nothing from your visit. Images are served from a third-party image host, which receives your IP address as part of delivering them, as any image host would.
07. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twenty-four months. Client project records are retained for seven years, which is the period we may need them for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
08. Your rights
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email brixinteriors@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you ask for deletion we will confirm in writing once it is done.
09. Security
Enquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled systems. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
