Do you take on single rooms?
Yes. A kitchen, a wardrobe wall or one bedroom is welcome — not every project has to be a whole home.
Can you work while we live in the flat?
We can phase it room by room and seal active zones, though it extends the timeline. We will tell you honestly what it costs in time and dust.
What about older flats?
Renovation is a large part of our work, especially in Kothrud and Aundh. We survey structure, plumbing and wiring first.
How long does it take?
Roughly 45–70 days for a 2 BHK, 70–100 for a 3 BHK, 100–140 for a 4 BHK, and several months for villas.
