What does an architect charge in Pune?
Typically a percentage of project cost, staged across design, drawings and supervision. We issue a written fee proposal after the first consultation.
Do you handle municipal approvals?
Yes — full sanction drawing sets and submission follow-up through PMC, PCMC and gram panchayat.
Will you work with our contractor?
Yes. We supervise against our drawings regardless of who holds the construction contract.
Do you do interiors as well?
