02. Images on this site
The photographs on this website are premium stock imagery used for demonstration purposes, as noted in our footer. They illustrate the style and standard of work we deliver; they are not all photographs of Brix projects. Where a photograph is of our own work, we say so on the project page. Project case studies describe real work; names and some identifying details may be changed at a client's request.
03. Cost estimates
The cost estimator and any figures quoted on this website are indicative ranges only. They are not quotations and do not constitute an offer. A binding figure is issued only as a written, itemised quotation against an approved drawing set, signed by both parties.
04. Timelines
Durations stated on this site are typical and assume site readiness, timely approvals, society permissions and material availability. Your project timeline is agreed in writing before work begins.
05. Intellectual property
All drawings, 3D visualisations, designs, text and layouts produced by Brix remain our intellectual property unless assigned to you in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute or execute our designs through a third party without our written consent.
06. Website content
The text, structure and design of this website belong to Brix Architecture & Interiors. You may link to it freely. You may not copy substantial parts of it for a competing commercial website.
07. Third-party links
We link to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
08. Accuracy
We keep this site as accurate as we can, but rates, specifications and availability change. Nothing here is a warranty. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with us directly before acting on it.
09. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Brix Architecture & Interiors is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. This does not affect any rights you have under a signed project contract with us.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
