What this actually means.
Most Indian plots treat the outside as what is left once the building is placed. We design it the other way round: the courtyard, the deck and the terrace are rooms with walls, ceilings and light of their own — and in Pune's climate they are usable nine months of the year, which makes them the cheapest square feet you will ever add.

Can you landscape an apartment terrace?
Yes — we check slab loading and waterproofing first, then use lightweight media and planters.
Do you maintain the garden afterwards?
We hand over a maintenance schedule and can introduce you to a maintenance contractor.
Will the planting survive the monsoon?
That is largely a drainage question, which is why we design slopes and outlets before planting.
Do you design pools?
We design pool geometry, coping, deck and lighting, and coordinate with specialist pool contractors.
