Builder layouts, corrected
A widened passage or a relocated door often adds more usable room than any amount of furniture.

Best Interior Designers in Balewadi
Balewadi has grown around the stadium and the High Street into one of Pune's densest new-build corridors. Most of our work here is in towers handed over in the last five years: good structure, generous windows, and builder layouts that waste a surprising amount of floor area on circulation. The first thing we usually do is give that area back.

Balewadi · FAQ
Do you work in new-handover towers in Balewadi?
Constantly. We prefer to start before possession so civil changes happen while they are still easy and cheap.

From around ₹8.5 Lakh for Essential specification. The estimator gives a range in a minute.
Can you handle society permissions?
Yes — working-hour rules, lift bookings, debris removal and deposits are all coordinated by our project manager.

Yes. In Balewadi towers the balcony is often the best room in the flat once it has decking, planting and warm light.
